The Tour de Timor is the world's toughest mountain bike race and has been run every September for the past ten years in Timor L'Este. The 2018 race was conducted over five stages and traversed some of the most rugged and spectacular parts of the country.
This photo blog is primarily intended as a photo record for the benefit of the many volunteers who assisted with the 2018 race. While it contains some photos of the cycling and cyclists, most of the shots are about the context, camp and route. See www.tourdetimor.com for details of the race.
